Summer Preseason 2026/2027 - Expression of Interest

This application form has been designed for community sporting clubs and recreation groups expressing interest in using one or more of the City's parks or reserves for sport training and/or match play during the winter season. The City of Melville is centered around a shared use philosophy, all clubs and groups are expected to work together and share the grounds and facilities respectfully with all persons, including neighbouring residents.

The City reserves the right to book its parks and reserves as required. To ensure no clashes with other user groups, including casual users, please state all your required allocations accurately.

Submitting this form does not guarantee approval will be granted. Approvals will be provided in writing to the Club.

Please read and understand Conditions of Use - Sporting Reserves and Parks Seasonal training and/or match play is charged per player as outlined in our Schedule of Fees & Charges.
